A Gentle Reminder-SKAM-19
Dear participant,It is less than two weeks before the SKAM19 and MyCat2 will start. We hope you have made the necessary arrangement for your stay at the Riviera Bay Resort, Melaka (Please reconfirm your booking with the hotel) or any place nearby. If you had yet to pay the registration fee please do so as quickly as possible.
On Wednesday, 23 August 2006 the conference dinner will be held. All participants are invited. This year the commitee feels a more relaxed, less formal dinner will be fun so we decided on a BBQ dinner by the poolside of the resort (if weather permitting).
If you like to bring a spouse, friends or even your family to the BBQ dinner they are more than welcome. For an adult it will be RM50 and for children below 12 & above 4 years old it will be RM25.
So that they will be enough food at the BBQ we need to have the exact number of non-participants that will be attending the BBQ dinner. Hence, we require a confirmation from participants if they are intending to a bring a guest to the BBQ by Tuesday, 15 August 2006. Payment can be made during the registration. Please do not cancel at the last minute.
